Wilkes County Wedding Vendors (WCWV) is a nonprofit group that was created to help serve those who are getting married in this region of the High Country. The North Carolina High Country is a place unlike any other. Its gorgeous scenery and peaceful atmosphere make it a perfect destination for weddings. Wilkes County is on the eastern side of the High Country and it includes views from the foothills to the mountaintops. Within this part of the mountain region, you can find Stone Mountain State Park, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Kerr Scott Lake, and other internationally known attractions. Planning a wedding can be a huge burden. There are so many options that it can become overwhelming and pinpointing the location of vendors can sometimes be confusing. The goal of WCWV is to ease those burdens and to make wedding planning enjoyable. Although all of the vendors who are members of WCWV are located in Wilkes County specifically, most of them serve the mountain region of NC and beyond. This group is a wonderful resource for anyone who is on the hunt for wedding professionals who truly care about their niche.
